How could you apply Bandura’s Social Learning Theory in an e-Learning context?

Social learning theory combines both Behaviorist theory with a Cognitive approach. Bandura’s two key elements are experience and expectations. In an e-Learning environment the trainer must act as a role model. They need to participate in the feedback process, be part of the learning process.
